Body language from post Q&A was very telling. Both Martin and Amanda displayed comforting ritual to Benedict, checking him and rhythmically touching him with pats and shoulder holds, she even did the rubbing back action. They both ended by affirmative smiles and confirmation he was OK. Steven Moffat was exhibiting anger, frustration and need to vent.
